Where are you located?
We are located on the south side of River approximately 1.2 miles East of the corner of River and Campbell in the Pima Heart Building on the second floor. Our address is 2404 East River Road, Suite 251.
What insurance does Tula Wellness accept?
Tula Wellness is contracted with BCBS, Cigna, United Health Care, Humana, Aetna, Tricare, and Healthnet. We are able to see patients with any insurance however, if you are not a member of the aforementioned insurances, you will receive a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of services.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Tula we strive to accommodate all of our patients. In order to offer a high level of care we ask that you please notify us 48 hours prior to any changes to your scheduled appointment day/time or cancellations.
For dermal fillers, ThermiRF, and Coolsculpting: appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours or missed appointments will be charged $100.
Spa credit (not payment) is issued for all refunds. Aesthetic procedures cannot be refunded once received. The most common issue is that patient’s receiving dermal fillers have not had enough product injected to get an optimal affect. Dr. A will discuss reasonable expectations you will achieve before the procedure.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.
Items can not be returned if they are opened.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you may have paid on the order.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Spa credit is issued for refund amounts.
